How efficient are your email blasts (or do you have one? ). There is a fine line between valued content and irritating junk email – the object is to get your purchaser to come back, not block your email.

Top 3 Dont’s

I’m a unique person with unique needs – I do not desire my mailbox stuffed with promotions for drugs I could never take, easy get-rich programs and useless information I could easily obtain with a google search. You’re better off beginning little with people/customers you’ve already been in contact with, and developing from there. Or you can use IMA-Get to gather promissing leads. There are thousands of hungry money-spenders on classified ad sites!

2 – Do not give too many stuff in the same e-mail. You’ll get better leads and may be easily able to say what’s working.

3 – Do not expect everything to occur in one blast. Actually , no-one is waiting for your offer, and it generally takes more than one email to create confidence. Be patient, and be solid.

Top 3 Do’s

If you are like most of my customers, you created your campaigns when you first started out. But as your clients grow tired of information overcharge, you could need to reconsider and polish your campaigns approach. In this climate more isn’t always better.

2 – Observe your metrics. Are you mailing your lists and not surveying your stats? Then you are missing out on the most significant info – true life reply. Make sure your email delivery system has a built-in report feature, and that your site is has one of the free analytics programs out there (Google for instance ). While sales are one indicator of the success of your campaigns, web traffic and email stats will help you to polish and target your next blast, yielding a raised rate of success.

3 – Give away everything. What’s in your email newsletter for your clients? Why should not they just click that captivating unsubscribe button? Because you are a valuable and reliable source of value – don’t be unsure about giving some of it for free. As more services become automated, that personal touch is an extra value which establishes credibility and confidence.

It sports a smooth user-interface that utilizes multiple options and controls providing users complete control over their email blast campaigns. Yes this means users may pause a job, edit it, and then restart it. This software is not limited to Gmail, in fact, it is also compatible with Yahoo, MSN, and AOL mail. Users are also able to specify sending delays between emails. IMA-Send utilizes our Variant/Multi-word software (Bob). This valuable feature helps to avoid having emails detected and marked as spam. IMA-Send also includes full CSV support. Columns from a CSV may be merged into an email subject or body. For example, if you use our IMA-Get software, emails are exported into a CSV file. Simply label one column of the CSVLocation and anywhere you enter Location in your email message, the data from that column, in this instance the “location” of that ad will be entered. This allows IMA-Send users to create highly-targeted and customized emails.

With IMA-Send, users may add attachments to their emails. The best thing about IMA-Send is that it is now multi-threaded. Our standard, regular sender has 30 threads (that’s faster than any mailer on the net at this price).
